Stay In: Soak in the hot tub, warm up around the outdoor firepit, snuggle on the sofa with a good book and a cup of coffee, play our 7000+ arcade games or board games, or sit quietly on the front porch in a rocking chair while watching the sun rise.
Head Out: We are only 20 minutes to Dollywood, and close to all the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions, as well as lots of fabulous hiking trails, river rafting & other outdoor adventures!

Each bedroom is a master suite with comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. One master has a walk in closet, and the other has a cozy "Cub Cave" bunk room for the kids to enjoy (pics coming soon of bunk room).
Smart TVs, DVD player & Arcade Games for your enjoyment. Ceiling fan A/C to keep you cool, and large window to let in light and nature. Open concept living, dining and kitchen helps make your stay spacious and comfortable.
Start your day right with a steaming cup of coffee from our Coffee Bar, or whip up breakfast in our well stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. We are well stocked with new pots and pans and kitchen tools and gadgets. We also have a brand new PRO series propane grill on the back deck for BBQ meals (will be available after 4/20/24).

Private entrance with key code which will given to you before you check-in. Entrance to key code door is on the rear deck. Note that there are steps to get and out of the cabin.
Please note that the basement and garage are locked off and unavailable for guests. All bedrooms and living spaces are on the main floor.
We are thrilled to host you, and will be available from 8am to 11pm to respond to messages. We live in the area and are responsive if any needs arise.
We do have a security camera on the back deck that faces the parking area, and a Ring doorbell on the front door. These are for your safety and the security of the property.

I live in the Knoxville, TN area with my big beautiful family! We love traveling and exploring together. Before we moved to Tennessee, we came to visit and stayed in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains. We had booked a 10 day trip, and loved it so much that we kept extending our trip, staying 3 weeks altogether! We are so blessed to now own our own beautiful cabin in the Smoky Mountains, which we love to enjoy with our own family and share with our guests. No Pets/Animals: If the Guest brings pets/animals or evidence of pet/animal presence is discovered, Guests will be required to vacate the property immediately, with the rent and deposit money forfeited. No refund of any kind will be given under such circumstances.
Service animals: A service animal is an animal that is trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. The work done or tasks performed must be directly related to the individual's disability or doing other specific work or performing other special tasks. A service animal is not a pet. A service animal is limited to a dog. A Service Animal must be under the control of its handler at all times and must have a harness, leash, or other tether unless the handler is unable because of a disability. This means that the service animal must never be left in the cabin alone or unattended. Service Animals must be housebroken, non-aggressive, non-destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking. In Tennessee, it is a crime to fraudulently represent that a person has the right to be accompanied by a service animal. Emotional/Comfort Support Animals are not recognized by the ADA or the State of Tennessee as Service Animals.

Minimum age, Rental Agreement, ID, and presence: The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent and be present during the entire stay. A Rental Agreement signed by the Primary Guest and a matching valid photo ID is required. If those items are not received within 48 hours from booking (or 24 hours if the beginning of the stay is less than 48 hours away), we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue a refund.
No third-party rentals. Property cannot be rented for someone else if the requestor will not be staying at the property OR will not be staying at the property throughout the entire duration of the rental period. For example, a parent cannot rent our property for their child(ren) who is under minimum age; The Guest signing the Rental Agreement must be the same one who provides a valid photo ID.
